Volunteers
J.U.M.P. is currently a small and dynamic organization. We need volunteers to build our organization and help us achieve our goals. To volunteer or request more info, print and fill out our Volunteer Form and mail it to J.U.M.P., Inc., P.O. Box 604, Harvard, Ma. 01451. We are currently seeking:
Grant Writer
We have a critical need to raise money for capacity building, capital items, equipment and supplies, operating expenses, training expenses, program development and scholarships.
Adult Leaders
We are looking for individuals who enjoy the outdoors and have an interest in sharing their knowledge with youth. No experience necessary. J.U.M.P. will supply training, clothing and equipment.
As a responsible and successful adult, you already possess everything you need to know about leadership. Join our Outdoor Leadership Training program as a volunteer leader. Why should kids have all the fun? The life you change may be your own.
Logistical Support Team
We need volunteers to support our activities. Individuals willing to donate a minimum of 2-4 hours to shop for food or transport gear can make a huge difference!
High School Community Service
Contact us to discuss opportunities that would simultaneously support our program and complete a Community Service requirement.
High School Graduates and College Students
Build a resume that shows prospective employers you have leadership skills and know how to get things done. By volunteering for as little as two weeks every summer for four years, J.U.M.P. will see to it that you get Instructor training and the opportunity to plan and execute a project prior to graduating from college.
J.U.M.P. will support you with employment references that will highlight the leadership and management skills that you develop and demonstrate during your time with us.
